Cell
Replacement
Midwest Motive has a vast inventory of flat plate as well as tubular cells on our floor. Cell replacements can be completed either in our shop our at your facility depending on circumstances. Our technicians identify which cell needs to be replaced, then remove the faulty cell and replace it with a new one.
Cable Replacement
A compromised weld or loose bolt on an intercell connector or exposed copper from a cut cable will reduce battery performance. Onsite cable replacement and/or cable repair is something our technicians can quickly resolve for you.
Loose/Faulty Connectors
Having a solid and stable connection from the battery to the charger and/or truck is essential. Over time, these contacts may become loose. We stock all contacts and connectors necessary to fill your needs. Replacing your old contacts and connectors will help ensure proper connectivity and reduce downtime.
Preventative Maintenance
