Replacement
Cell replacement can be completed in our facility or at your location. Our highly-trained technicians identify which cell needs to be replaced, removes the old cell and replaces it with a new one. We always have inventory of flat-plate and tubular cells to get you back up and running in no time.
Cable
Replacement
A compromised weld or loose bolt on an intercell connector or exposed copper from a cut cable will reduce battery performance. Onsite cable replacement and cable repair is something our technicians can quickly resolve for you.
Loose/Faulty Connectors
Having a solid and stable connection from the battery to the charger or truck is essential. Over time, these contacts may become loose. We stock the contacts and connectors necessary to fill your needs. Replacing your old contacts and connectors will help ensure proper connectivity and reduce downtime.

To perform this critical preventative maintenance task, our technicians deploy a closed-loop industrial wash booth, neutralize the battery, pressure-wash corrosion, and scrub the surface with a neutralizer. All waste stays contained in the booth during service and is safely removed offsite for proper disposal.

Watering
Lead-acid batteries use flat lead plates submerged in an electrolyte of water and sulfuric acid. Plate size and electrolyte volume determine capacity and runtime, and water must be topped up regularly after charging and equalizing.
